ZIP Code Tracker (“we”, “our”) is a Shopify application that helps
merchants verify delivery availability by postal/ZIP code.
DATA WE COLLECT
- Store domain and Shopify session tokens (required for app
operation) - ZIP/postal codes entered by store customers (for delivery
validation) - Customer IP addresses (for rate limiting, anonymized within 90
days) - We do NOT collect customer names, emails, or payment information DATA STORAGE
- Data is stored on PostgreSQL hosted by Render.com (Oregon, US)
- Session tokens are stored for the duration of app installation
- Validation logs are automatically purged after 90 days DATA SHARING
- We do not sell or share data with third parties
- Data is only accessible to the merchant who installed the app GDPR COMPLIANCE
- We support customers/data_request, customers/redact, and
shop/redact - Upon app uninstallation, all shop data is permanently deleted
- IP addresses are anonymized upon customer redaction requests CONTACT
